August 13, 2005. The paint is complete. The three coats of clearcoat are complete. The headlights are still being prepped and perfected. The engine bay and front trunk have both been painted flat black. In these pictures you can see how the doors have been extended outward to flow properly with the lines of the widebody. The car is still going to be wetsanded and buffed one more time to get that really deep shine. There is still about 1-2 more weeks worth of work. I'm so excited to get her back!!
